The IAC signed The Nansha Consensus on Arbitration Cooperation with its partner, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC), which is a leading arbitration centre in China. Guangzhou is one of the largest commercial centres and port and transportation hubs in the south of mainland China within close proximity of Hong Kong.
Both IAC and GZAC agreed to enhanced cooperation and exchanges to jointly promote the high-quality and innovative development of international arbitration rules and practices.
The IAC continues its programme of enhancement and recognition by the international business community as the leading international arbitration centre in Eurasia.
