The AIFC Court and IAC have expanded their international commercial dispute resolution services to investors in Dushanbe, the capital city in Tajikistan, with new AIFC Court and IAC premises and services, and enforcement arrangements, in Dushanbe, for Tajik investors who have business in Kazakhstan.
New cooperation between the AIFC Court and IAC and Tajik National University, the leading university in Tajikistan, also provides new promotions and dispute resolution training support to investors and lawyers in Tajikistan who have business in Kazakhstan.
The AIFC Court and IAC now have international standard hearing room and meeting room physical premises, supported by cutting edge digital technology, in Astana and Almaty (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Baku (Azerbaijan), and Dushanbe (Tajikistan).
The AIFC Court and IAC continue to expand their cooperation with dispute resolution, legal and investor communities, throughout Eurasia, and globally, as the premier centres for international commercial dispute resolution in Eurasia.

The AIFC Court is an independent legal entity. It has its own procedural rules modelled on English common law procedures and leading international practice. The AIFC Court is separate and independent from the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It consists of two tiers: a Court of First Instance, which includes a specialist division known as the Small Claims Court; and a Court of Appeal. It has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of the activities and operations of the AIFC and jurisdiction in the case of other disputes in which all parties agree in writing to give the AIFC Court jurisdiction.
