The International Arbitration Centre (IAC), in cooperation with the international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, invite participants to attend The IAC Eurasia Arbitration Day on 14 September 2023 in Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Leading policy makers, academics, in-house counsel, private practice lawyers, and arbitrators will discuss modern arbitration practice opportunities, challenges, and solutions for businesses in Eurasia in four panels:

1. International Investment Arbitration that is fit for a modern business climate;
2. Arbitration in Eurasia: Status Quo and Outlook into the Future;
3. Legal Disputes through the Eyes of a Company; and
4. Investment Protection: Recent Developments in the Region.

The IAC will also launch and discuss a new book, International Investment Law (eds. N. Kondrashov, K. Panerai, and I. Rachkov).
